Office Location: Rockville, MD

Presidential Exteriors is one of the fastest-growing exterior remodeling companies in the Mid-Atlantic, recognized by the Washington Business Journal and ranked #67 on Qualified Remodeler’s Top 500.

• We have the backend dialed in. In-house supplementation, dedicated install crews, and real support so you can move faster and close more.

Most reps come here because they’re tired of being slowed down somewhere else. If you want to sell more, earn more, and deal with less friction, this is it.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing residential and commercial insurance restoration projects
• Work with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams throughout the restoration process
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, canvassing, and referrals
• Coordinate with our in-house supplementation and installation teams to support project execution
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Sales representatives assist homeowners through the restoration process but do not act as licensed public adjusters.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of insurance restoration or storm damage sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and performance driven
• Ability to manage your own pipeline and sales activities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must have or be willing to obtain necessary equipment (ladder, appropriate boots, etc.)

This role is ideal for independent sales professionals who are confident, disciplined, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
